Learn.fm («us», «we» or «our») manages the website https://learn.fm and our web and mobile applications, listed on our website («Service» tab).

Processing Time for Personal Information

The processing of personal information that allows us to identify you is limited, and it is carried out only within the time limits specified in this Policy.

If you request to cease processing and delete your personal information, the processing will be ended immediately and we will delete personal information as well. Here, you need to re-activate your account to use the Service.

You can delete some data (like first name, last name) by yourself anytime.

Upon termination of the Service, personal information may be stored within 30 days from the last subscription payment. If you change your mind and come back to our Service, the re-activation process will be much easier for you.

When you stop using the Service without sending a request for deleting the account and without subscription renewal within 30 days from the last payment, personal information becomes anonymous. It means that all data is overwritten and can no longer be identified.

Recipients of Personal Information

We do not claim the ownership of your data and will never transfer, sell or license access to these data to any third parties. We may pass the information on to our customer service assistants according to your instructions.
